Structural Assessment, Repair, Rehabilitation & Retrofitting
Working out the Evaluation Report for distressed and/or damaged structures. From the conclusions and recommendations developing scheme for repair, rehabilitation & retrofitting of distressed/ damaged structures. Work out construction documents for execution of repair, rehabilitation and strengthening retrofitting of such affected structures.
Heritage Structure Conservation Design
Working out drawings incorporating existing structural system and carrying Conditional Survey for the status of prevailing system in terms of strength and defects. Working out scheme of conservation after in-depth discussion with Conservation Architect and Owner, appropriate repair methods and/or replacement of elements will be recommended keeping in mind the heritage and conservation norms.
